What is 21 Russell?
21 Russell is a non-profit salon with a mission: to give young, qualified stylists the real-world experience they need to grow into great professionals.
All service prices are set to only cover stylist wages, product costs, and some overheads – not all of them. We’re not here to make money — we’re here to make great stylists.
To keep quality high and costs low, each stylist will work with one client at a time. That means focused, personal attention at an unbeatable price.

Salon 21 – Important Booking Disclaimer
Salon 21 is a training and development salon. All services are carried out by newly qualified or developing stylists who are gaining experience.
By booking an appointment at Salon 21, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You are choosing to book with a less experienced stylist in exchange for significantly reduced prices.
Results may vary and may not be identical to those achieved by senior or master stylists.
Minor variations in outcome such as:
Colour being slightly lighter or darker than expected
Tone not being exactly as imagined
Small placement or application imperfections
are considered part of the learning process and do not qualify for a free redo or correction.
Corrections & Adjustments
Any concerns will be assessed by management on a case-by-case basis.
Where an error is deemed significant, a correction may be offered, but this is not guaranteed to be free.
Additional services or corrections may be chargeable, even if discounted.
